At DVL® Official Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 7-day return and exchange window for items in their original, unused condition.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- 2.Approval & Packaging
Once your request is approved, securely pack the items in their original DVL® packaging, ensuring all tags, dust bags, and protective plastics are intact.
- 3.Ship the Item
Send the package back to our main warehouse using a trackable courier service and share the tracking number with our support representative.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Resolution
After we receive and inspect the item to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your replacement or issue a store credit refund within 5-7 business days.
